Enrique assumed this expanded regional role in April 2017 after serving previously as CEO of Walmart Latin America, India and Africa (2016- 17), CEO of Walmart Mexico, Central America and Latin America (2013-16) and president and CEO of Walmart Chile (2006-13).

His experience in this latter post included leading the successful transition of the D&S S.A., acquired by Walmart Inc. in 2009, into what is today Walmart Chile. Part of his work involved imprinting Walmart's corporate culture on the organization, adopting along with his team the mission of "saving people money so they can live better," and incorporating the promotion of sustainability as one of the operational pillars of the business.

Enrique holds an undergraduate degree in economics and business administration from Adolfo Ibáñez University and a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics. He and his wife, María Elisa, have four children.

Similar strategies with similar outcomes were applied – prior to Lacoste - at Luxottica LATAM, during his 8-years’ experience as General Manager and CEO, where he was able to build powerful regional matrixial teams, launch completely new market strategies for each region, generate bold double-digit profitability increase and a sustainable top line growth (from 100 to 250 millions of USD in 7 years). All this, while facing particularly tough international crisis such as strong social and political turmoil, powerful natural disasters as earthquakes and viral outbreaks, as well as heavy economic downturns.

Prior to Luxottica, Marco worked in Europe as Corporate Product Director for a Canadian biotech conglomerate Citic Pacific, developing and launching state-of-the-art tests and reagents. This 5-years-long international experience allowed him to develop one of his strongest skills: the adaptability and flexibility to work with totally different cultures, in totally different environments, from Shanghai to Sao Paulo, from Rome to Montreal, from Paris to Mexico.

Felipe es Gerente General de Easy Chile, la división de Mejoramiento del Hogar del grupo Cencosud desde 2019. Anterior a eso, se desempañaba como Gerente Comercial y Marketing de la misma división. Felipe tiene experiencia en consumo masivo donde mantuvo posiciones gerenciales en BAT en Chile y en Londres, así como experiencia en consultoría estratégica McKinsey & Co donde estuvo por 5 años. Felipe es Ingeniero Comercial de la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile y tiene un MBA de Harvard University.
